Bad news in the land of Dresden, SciFi Channel, has decided not to renew the show. Apparently chicks like me and Selmak aren't their preferred audiences.

I will be keeping the Terry Mann Section up though. I haven't been updating it as frequently as I should as most times the news I get is out of date, but I will be updating.

July 3, 2007 ~ What's new?

As some of you may know, The Dresden Files has not been officially renewed or canceled. If you like TDF, please call and leave a message with your comments on SciFi Channel's Viewer Comments line, at 212-664-3571. The actors' contracts are rumored to have expired... so it may not do a lot of good. But, come on... Sel needs at least one boy on the site that's gainfully employed as a regular on a series.

Else she'll start getting a complex.

Though she's got some cool stuff right now!

April 18, 2007 ~ Info on The Dresden Files

This info was taken from this website.

Save Harry! Write the SciFi Channel and ask them to renew The Dresden Files. We've learned that the SciFi Channel hasn't decided yet whether or not to renew The Dresden Files for a second season. Rumor has it that this decision will be made sometime in May or June -- so there's still time for us to let them know we'd like to see more of this show! If you've enjoyed The Dresden Files, please take a minute to write the SciFi Channel and ask them to put this show back on the air for one more season.

Two ways to contact the SciFi Channel:

Snail Mail: I'm told that a postcard or letter from a fan has a much bigger impact on tv execs than email, so if you can spare the time, here are the two individuals you want to write:

Mark Stern, Executive VP Original Programming
NBC Universal/Sci-Fi Channel
100 Universal City Plaza, Bld. 1440, 14th Fl.
Universal City, CA 91608

Bonnie Hammer, President
NBC Universal/Sci-Fi Channel
30 Rockefeller Plaza, New York, NY 10112

Email: If you have time for both, or if you can't manage snail mail, you could also send an email to: No need to write a masterpiece -- a short, polite note telling them what you like about the show and asking them to renew it is enough.
